Hafez Class

About

Ostad Nooh's Hafez class meets Tuesdays from 7 pm -9 pm (unless otherwise noted) throughout the year and is open to Hafez enthusiats of all levels. The class is held in Farsi (Persian).

We use the Khatib-Rahbar edition of Hafez and cover 2-3 ghazals per session. The second hour includes a break as well as reading from other poets selected by students or discussion of other appropriate literary topics. BYOB (bring your own book!).

Registration

If you are interested in attending an occasional class or come year-round (many of the students have been attending for years), interested in getting an ear-full of Hafez or delve deep into the meaning of each ghazal, then join us.  Guests are welcome.  For longer term registration, please contact Ostad Nooh.
